At Al Haq Fragrances, we aim to process and ship all orders efficiently while ensuring safe and secure packaging.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping, if and when available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be shown before order confirmation.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier partner.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.


6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Delivery is considered complete once the order is marked as delivered by the courier partner.

  • Al Haq Fragrances is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier partners

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

    • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Re-shipping charges, if any, will be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If the package appears damaged, leaked, or tampered, do not accept delivery.

  • If accepted, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video.

  • Exchange is applicable only for transit-damaged products, subject to verification as per our Return & Exchange Policy.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate.

  • Replacement or resolution, if any, will be provided only after courier confirmation.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Orders placed with incorrect information may be delayed or undelivered, and Al Haq Fragrances will not be liable.


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
